Our clients are discouraged from dieting but are encouraged to follow healthy and nutritious guidelines. We provide you with this information, outlining the food we recommend you eat and foods you should avoid. We talk you through your current poor eating and exercising habits and how we can overcome them together. We then place the ones on the individual to be disciplined enough to follow these guidelines. You pick and choose the foods you enjoy most keeping in mind that we want you to achieve your goals.
Training is conducted over three to four training sessions per week for 60mins each. At Rush Hour Australia we expect full attendance from our clients. This ensures that your chances of success increases and that we can conduct the training sessions we planned with minimal changes.
Our trainers will guide you through the training, encouraging you throughout the session, assisting you to taste success again. We expect you to work hard and train harder, keeping in mind why you joined us in the first place.
Our training sessions are very unique. Our clients have varying levels of fitness, yet they all have the same opportunity to excel in our classes. We design our sessions in a manner that allows individuals to get the most out of each training session regardless of how fit or unfit they are.
It is not uncommon for our trainers to run you through a range of fitness tests through the program. Typically, push ups, sit ups, plyometrics, boxing, sprints, burpees, ladder work, harness work and sled work are just some of the activities we instruct you to perform. We then record all your results and file them away for future reference.
Any of our clients that seek the services of a health professional have the comfort of being able to deal with general practitioners, remedial massage therapists, allied practitioners such as podiatrists, psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians and sports massage in our offices and clinic in Parramatta. Our health professionals offer privare health insurance rebates and are at hand to ensure you get though our gruelling training sessions pain and injury free.

At the completion of every six weeks training block we conduct another health assessment for our clients. Due to the intensity andvolume of work that our clients experience throughout our training program, our exercise physiologists and trainers understand the need for the body to recover and repair, hence, all our clients are given a recovery week. Typically, our clientsbook themselves in for one or two sessions ofremidial massage with our qualified and registered massage therapists. Our therapists also offer all of our clients private health insurance rebates. Historically, the calves, shins, shoulders and gluteus muscles tend to be the most fatigued.
This is the event all our clients look forward to. Historically, Rush Hour Australia has organised for all of our groups to go out and socialise with each other at restaurants, function centers, sports bars and harbour cruises. This is a time where we reflect on each others results, improvements and stories and to reminisce on the past six weeks. It is not uncommon for trainers and our clients to let their hair down as we celebrate the experience well past midnight.
During recovery week, our clients enjoy training so much that they begin the recruitment process forus. New client's sign up for our six week challenge through our head office and undergo a health assessment.
