Ray Younis, Managing Director and Head Trainer, holds the highest level qualification possible as a fitness professional, under Fitness Australia€™s registration scheme (Level 3).

As a former professional athlete and coach, Ray has over 25yrs of combined experience as an athlete, health educator, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach and outdoor fitness and boot camp instructor. He filters all of his knowledge through all of Rush Hour Australia€™s trainers.

Ray€™s experience is multidimensional having successfully trained school children, elite athletes, sporting teams as well as designed, implemented and consulted on health and fitness at the corporate level for thousands of adult workers for over half a decade. Some of the companies Ray has consulted for a number of medium to large organisations that include McDonald€™s, Olympus, Westpac, CBA, HunterDouglas, Anglicare, Employers Mutual, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, Centrelink, Sydney Water and Rail Corp as he continues to drive his message of health and fitness for Australia€™s future.

To the benefit of Rush Hour Australia€™s clients, Ray is a well respected leader in the fitness industry and is a current and active board member of the Regional Industry Council of NSW through Fitness Australia. Ray vigilantly oversees the running of all the training sessions conducted through Rush Hour Australia and works in collaboration with all of our trainers. Ray€™s training is exciting, innovative, cutting edge and scientifically proven as he successfully delivers great health and fitness results to his clients week in and week out. His model is replicated and filtered throughout Rush Hour Australia, through our trainers to ensure our clients benefit from Ray€™s experience to get the results that they deserve.

Ray€™s qualifications and professional career ensures that every session is strategically planned to maximise results. Variety is the key to Ray€™s gruelling training sessions utilising a range of boxing combinations coupled with kegs, kettle bells, sleds, harnesses, sped ladders, dumbbells, ropes and parachutes to name but a few. These addictive and punishing workouts are for those people that don€™t mind being pushed outside their comfort zone.

Ray is very passionate, highly organised and a high achiever allowing him to set new benchmarks in outdoor group training. With a real passion and intense drive about his training and Ray ensures that Rush Hour Australia clients get the most out of the powerful sessions put on by our trainers.
