Due to popular demand, Rush Hour Australia has extended our service to include Ladies only classes. These results driven classes are designed by our female trainers for our female clients, but don’t be mistaken, they are just as intense as our mixed classes. Designed to tone and tackle the female problem areas of the arms, backside and thighs as well as strengthening the pelvic floor (abdominal) that generally weaken with pregnancy.
As always you train in small groups, so you get the benefits (motivation, emotional and financial) of training in a group with the results of being with a personal trainer. Your performance and results are measured with our state of the art health assessment and the reporting of your results is second to none. Rush Hour Australia offers you a winning formula of scientifically designed exercise and nutritional advice so you can see the improvements in fitness and muscle tone immediately.
Our classes are conducted outdoors in Parramatta ad Granville with a few key areas marked for further expansion. Typical exercises include running, boxing, circuit training, resistance training, skipping, core strength and of course lots of hard work and fun.
Our clients range from 16 years to 60 years and from all levels of fitness. We cater for all walks of life and offer you a balance of a very supportive and encouraging environment as well as a rewarding and results driven program.
